  • Gather internal team feedback/internal test of the selected instructional strategies and methods
  • Suggest enhancements or revisions based on feedback/results of test
  • Revise materials

Implementation

  • Determine rollout schedule
  • Plan the pilot test with the learners
  • Prepare materials to collect feedback
  • Observe the delivery and make recommendations for successes and opportunities

Support

  • Suggest methods for how learners can sustain learning after training
  • Design and develop materials for follow-up

Evaluation

  • Suggest evaluation methods based on four levels of evaluation
  • Design and develop materials for evaluation

Project Management

  • Provide Meeting Summaries
  • Outline project plan
  • Provide Status Reports
